Custom Work, Made for You
Every order is custom-created specifically for each athlete. For that reason, all sales are final.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once design work has begun, an order cannot be canceled or refunded. Refunds are not provided for a change of mind, incorrect information submitted by the customer, or completed custom work.
When an Exception May Apply
If Sports Prospect Network is unable to complete your order before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Our Commitment to Correcting Errors
If an error is caused by Sports Prospect Network, we will work with you to correct it.
